Benita’s expertise covers European, UK, and US patent law, making her a valuable asset to our firm. Prior to joining Bryn Aarflot, she received training at a prestigious UK-German IP firm. In addition to her legal experience, Benita holds a Master’s degree in Physics and a Ph.D. in Optoelectronics, with a focus on AI and bioengineering.
Her specialization lies in the protection of software and computer-implemented innovations. She has a successful track record in patenting innovations within the fields of physics, electronics, computing, and AI-applied technology.
