Another talent has joined our team – a warm welcome to Edvard!
After receiving a prestigious scholarship from the Norwegian Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (NIR), Edvard delivered an impressive presentation on rules on acquiescence in trademark law, alongside one of our own attorneys. It did not take long to recognize that Edvard is a rising star.
Edvard completed his master’s degree in law in the spring of 2024 and has a keen interest in intellectual property (IP). During his final semester, he studied abroad in Athens, where he focused on patent law and competition law, among other subjects. His interest in music and literature has driven him toward a career in intellectual property law, a field in which he aspires to become an expert.
At Bryn Aarflot, Edvard will work in our litigation and dispute resolution team, handling cases across all IP disciplines. He will also play an important role as a strategic advisor in IP portfolio management, clearance, and acquisitions.
