Anette has several years of experience in HR and has worked across the full breadth of the field. As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), she serves as a strategic adviser and sparring partner for managers, acting as the link between organisational needs and HR solutions.

In her role, she supports and advises managers on a wide range of HR-related matters, including follow-up of sickness absence, conflict management, employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding. She also has experience with more strategic HR processes, such as competence development, leadership development, culture initiatives, salary and compensation processes, redundancies, and organisational and employee surveys. In addition, she prepares reports and conducts analyses of HR data, including data related to sickness absence, overtime, payroll, and turnover.

Background

Anette completed a Master’s degree in HR Management at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia, in 2017, and a Bachelor’s degree in Learning Psychology with a focus on behavioural analysis at Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences (now OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University) in 2015.

She has worked in HR since 2018 and as an HRBP since 2022, with experience from both the public and private sectors. Most recently, she has worked in consultancy environments and in the IT and technology sector.

Anette joined Bryn Aarflot as HRBP in February 2026.
