We are delighted to welcome Juni Fegth Olafsen as our new Business Strategy Analyst at Bryn Aarflot.

Juni works at the intersection of business strategy, technology and intellectual property, bringing an analytical and structured approach from management consulting into IP advisory services. As Business Strategy Analyst, she will contribute across the full IP value chain - from mapping and market analysis to strategy development and operational execution - serving as a link between management, business and the IP discipline. Her expertise makes her a strong advisor for organisations seeking to leverage intellectual property as a strategic tool for growth and value creation, whether they are early-stage startups or large national and international companies.
Juni holds an MSc in Business Administration and E-Business and a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from Copenhagen Business School. She joins us from a position as Senior Consultant at a major international consultancy, where she built extensive experience in ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions in close collaboration with both senior leadership and development teams.
"Tempo and technological advances are forcing our industry to rethink how we advise our clients, and we have long recognised the need to strengthen the connection between business strategy and IP strategy in the services we deliver. Having a business strategist on the team who is also an expert on digital transformation processes makes us well equipped to provide our clients with interdisciplinary and actionable advice throughout the entire innovation process - from idea and business model to protection and commercialisation. Juni represents the type of expertise we need to further develop Bryn Aarflot as a modern and forward-looking advisory firm," says CEO and Partner Sebastian Stigar.
"Intellectual property is one of the most important value drivers in modern businesses, yet its potential often remains untapped because IP work is not sufficiently anchored in business strategy. What attracted me to Bryn Aarflot is precisely the ambition to bridge these disciplines, and I look forward to helping clients use IP as an active competitive tool," says Juni Fegth Olafsen.
We look forward to benefiting from Juni's combination of strategic, commercial and technological expertise, and are very pleased to have her on the team at Bryn Aarflot.
