We look forward to the future with Hanna on our team

Hanna completed her Master’s degree at the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo in 2024. Her academic journey has been marked by a deep interest in intellectual property rights, especially in patent law. She wrote her master’s thesis on the status of the plausibility requirement in Norwegian patent law in light of G 2/21, and received a scholarship from NIR (Norwegian Association for the Protection of Industrial Property) in this regard.

Hanna has worked with us part-time for several years during her degree, and we have had the pleasure of getting to know her both professionally and personally. Her dedication and hard work have left a lasting impression, and we were delighted that she chose to join us as an associate attorney following the completion of her degree.

Hanna will be working on dispute resolution within Bryn Aarflot’s litigation and conflict resolution team, where she will quickly become involved in cases for major international companies. Additionally, Hanna will assist clients with strategic advice, as well as drafting and negotiating all types of IP-related agreements and trademark portfolios. Her thorough legal knowledge and solution-oriented approach will be of great benefit to our clients.
