Putting our people first: welcoming Anette as our new HR Business Partner
We are pleased to welcome Anette Gjeilen Haldorsen to Bryn Aarflot as our new HR Business Partner (HRBP). Anette joins us from the consulting sector and will contribute both operationally and strategically to our work on organisational development, recruitment and competence building, while ensuring that our most important resource, our colleagues, is well taken care of.

The HRBP role is hands-on and business oriented, working closely with the line organisation to turn plans into action. Anette brings broad experience from both strategic and operational HR and is focused on creating value with and for people. She has specialist expertise in Norwegian employment law, employee and leadership development, and change management in complex environments, and works systematically to strengthen processes and decision making.
Although we have low voluntary turnover, low sick leave and consistently high employee satisfaction, we are not resting on our laurels. Our ambition is to be Norway’s best workplace, because this enables us to deliver even better for our clients.
