Petter von Ubisch

Primary expertise

Petter’s core expertise lies within oil and gas, particularly subsea technology for drilling, completion, P&A, and well interventions. In addition, he works with a broad range of technologies within the energy sector, the maritime industry, and construction. His IP expertise includes infringement assessments, freedom-to-operate analyses, patentability evaluations, and the establishment of patent rights.

Background

Petter holds an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from NTNU. He has previously worked as a drilling engineer at Schlumberger, as an examiner at the Norwegian Industrial Property Office, and as a patent consultant.
