Heidi Bergersen

Primary expertise

Heidi has a general knowledge of Bryn Aarflot’s administrative practice areas, particularly patent/design data management, data verification, database searches and formalities. This includes executing the recording of transfer of rights in connection with changes in ownership (assignments, mergers, etc.). She also handles online filing and formal requirements regarding patent applications in Norway, EPO, and PCT, as well as filing and formal requirements of patent applications worldwide. Heidi also handles the online filing and formal requirement in respect of Norwegian and international designs applications.

Background

Heidi attended Wang Handelsskole og Gymnas, and was a one year exchange student at Assabeth Valley International High School before finishing her studies of marketing communications at Norges Markedshøyskole.
She has 12 years of experience (1996-2008) as an executive officer at the Norwegian Parliament.

Heidi joined Bryn Aarflot in 2008.
