Unni Østerhaug

Primary expertise

Unni holds overall knowledge of Bryn Aarflot’s administrative practice areas, especially regarding patent/SPC and design data management, data verification, database searches, formalities, and recording of assignments/name changes in Norway. She also handles the filing and formal requirements regarding patents, SPC applications, and SPC pediatric extension applications in Norway, EPO and worldwide. In addition, she handles filing of plant variety applications in Norway and via UPOV Prisma

Background

Unni joined Bryn Aarflot in 1997 as a patent administrative assistant, and has been working as a patent assistant/IP administrator since 2003. She has previous experience as a secretary in the Norwegian shipping company Nosac AS.
