Primary expertise
With more than two decades in the IPR business, Trine holds unique and extensive experience in general and strategic trademark counseling, developing and implementing trademark protection strategies, clearance, filing, and prosecution, as well as trademark litigation, oppositions, and other legal and administrative procedures, negotiations, and agreement drafting, in Norway and abroad. Trine also has strong experience within marketing law and unfair competition.
Trine is widely experienced with anti-counterfeiting and customs matters and is a board member of the Norwegian Anti Counterfeit Group (NACG).
Her clients span from individuals and entrepreneurs to market leaders and international corporations within all sectors of consumer goods and commodities, including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, automotive, gaming, entertainment, and IT.

Background
Trine got her law degree from Oslo University, with IPR specializing from Copenhagen University. Trine joined Bryn Aarflot in 2003 and was admitted to bar in 2002. She made partner of the firm in 2010. Before this, Trine worked for an Oslo based law firm, mainly focusing on IPR.
