Helle Thorkildsen

Primary expertise

Helle has long and broad experience in business management, office premises, optimization of work processes and leadership of strategic processes.

She is particularly focused on human resources and has extensive competence within all aspects of HR, such as recruitment, onboarding/ offboarding, competence mapping and development, working environment surveys etc.

As People Lead Operation her main contribution is to facilitate a trust-based culture that enables all employees maximizing their potential, in collaboration with highly competent colleagues.

Background

Helle holds a degree in market economy with part-time studies within employment law, HR Management, economics, board competence, strategic competence- and change management.

She has played a key role in developing the media agency industry in Norway.
In all companies she has worked for, Helle has been a leading professional and strategic advisor, responsible for competence development and work process optimization.

Last 10 years Helle has worked with business management as primary expertise, both as COO and CEO, in companies with different structure, ownership and size.

Helle comes from Protector IP, where she held the position as COO since 2021, and is now part of Bryn Aarflot after the merger of the two companies January 2023.
