With over two decades in the IPR business, Astrid holds unique and extensive experience in general and strategic trademark counseling, developing and implementing trademark protection strategies, clearance, filing and prosecution, as well as trademark litigation, oppositions and other legal and administrative procedures, negotiations and agreement drafting, in Norway and abroad.

Background

Astrid got her law degree from Oslo University, specializing in copyrights and IPR.
Astrid joined Bryn Aarflot in 1995 and was admitted to bar in 2001. She made partner of the firm in 1998. Before this, Astrid worked for the National Insurance Service on appeals relating to occupational injury compensation.
