Primary expertise
Anne Wildeng heads up the Legal division, and holds unique and extensive experience in general and strategic IPR counseling, developing and implementing protection strategies, clearance, filing and prosecution, as well as litigation, oppositions and other legal and administrative procedures, negotiations and agreement drafting, in Norway and abroad.
Her clients span from small Norwegian business to large national and international corporations within all sectors of consumer goods and commodities.
Background
Anne got her law degree (Cand. Jur.) from Oslo University in 1989, specializing in copyrights and intellectual property law. She was admitted to the Norwegian Bar in 1996. Hun has practiced as attorney in various IP consultancy firms, has practice from the Norwegian Industrial Property Office, where she headed up their trademark/ design department and she has worked as an in-house lawyer in the legal department of Telenor ASA.
She has experience from board positions, and has been the chairman of the board of ICC Norway (International Chamber of Commerce).
Anne joined Bryn Aarflot AS in 2013 from a major international IP firm where she headed up their legal and trademark department.
